Kamado Joe Wood Chunks are small pieces of wood for the use at BBQ. . The Wood Chunks are put directly into the embers when using a charcoal grill. In gas and electrical grills they are put directly on the grillage and exude an enjoyable smoke flavor for a long period.

Hickory – for classic American barbecue

Kamado Joe Smoking Wood Chunks (4.5kg) are coarse-cut, fresh (never kiln-dried) and contain no bark. Air-dried in a natural timeframe to preserve the natural sugars, imparting a sweeter, tastier flavour.

Hickory an intense flavour ideally recommended to red meats although will accompay pork and chicken

especially recommended for long-lasting smoking processes, such as Spare Ribs
