Product description
A spice mix that makes a tasty chichurri sauce in no time. Chimichurri is made by mixing (olive) oil and (red) wine vinegar into this spice mix, and then you just let the sauce settle for an hour to a day.
Alternatively, you can also make a delicious cowboy butter mix from this, where the moistened spice mix is enlivened with melted butter. Cowboy Butter works as a dip and sauce, chilled as a spice butter on top of steak, and is also great for grilled vegetables.
I also use this as a general herb seasoning, here and there. Even on pizza.
