<span class="Y2IQFc" lang="en">This tropical hardwood charcoal contains a lot of large chunks, hard dense wood that burns very long. Does not spark or smoke. Perfect for low 'n' slow long smoking as well as grilling with hard direct heat.

Due to its large grain size, it also works great in kamado and offset smokers. Also raises the heat to pizza baking levels.
Burns very cleanly, producing only a little smoke, so there is minimal ash left. A subtle, subtle smoke flavor.
