Smash burger & steak press

Use the steak press to press steaks into shape, in the pan or on the grill. Make parfeck smach burgers by pressing the burger patty aganist the hot pan or grill with stak press. This will crate a delicous properly seared surface on the patty. Using a grill press during the high heat of grilling to lock the moisture into meat, making food succulent.

You can also use the stak press to fry bacon.

The grill press is heat-conducting, heavy cast iron.
